Our Equality Diversity and Inclusion Objectives
Our equality, diversity and inclusion objectives are the foundation of our commitment to positive change. They guide how we manage, develop, and support our team, and they shape the impact we have on our industry and the broader community through our work.

We have set the following three objectives which we will review annually. We will report our progress on each objective to the Board of Directors and at our Staff Forum.
Objective 1: We will monitor the diversity of the team at Tibbalds with an annual survey, which we use to analyse anonymised data relating to the diversity of our workforce. We will compare the results with the demographic make-up of the borough of London our office is in (currently the London Borough of Southwark), London and the UK. The results will be reported to the Board of Directors and at our Staff Forum at least annually.
Objective 2: Through our annual staff survey we will monitor staff inclusion by collecting and analysing data on employee experiences, perceptions, and outcomes related to diversity and inclusion. The survey will include questions around whether staff feel comfortable to be themselves at Tibbalds, work-life balance and mental wellbeing. We will use this data to make sure the team feels welcomed and safe at Tibbalds as a workplace. The results will be reported to the Board of Directors and at our Staff Forum at least annually.
Objective 3: Each year we will include a specific target for equality, diversity and inclusion in our Business Strategy. The theme of this target may be influenced by the outcomes of objectives one and two above. Progress against the targets will be reported to the Board of Directors and at our Staff Forum at least annually.
