Rob is an experienced town planner with a sound understanding of the planning system and development industry objectives and expectations. Rob has particular expertise in development management where his experience of the private and public sectors combine to find solutions with a can do attitude and strong organisational and management skills.

Rob specialises in complex urban development projects from inception to implementation, advising clients on planning strategy and planning risk and working collaboratively alongside multi-disciplinary project and design teams. He is able to draw on experience of delivering major mixed-use, housing, commercial and education projects including the regeneration of brownfield sites as well as development on greenfield land to find creative solutions.
