Sue Rowlands

Sue brings spatial strategies to life and has pioneered award-winning neighbourhood planning work. With honest advice and a systematic approach, she tackles the different challenges each project faces with enthusiasm. For her it is this love of problem solving that sits at the heart of her work. For everyone else her greatest skill is communication, in particular making complicated planning and design problems simple. Bringing together large teams with a clear and systematic approach, Sue works closely with clients to guide them through complex design and planning processes, keeping their overall objectives firmly in mind.

Sue’s great passion outside work is mountaineering. She loves being a small person in a big landscape, making such a potentially dangerous environment safe through teamwork, good technical skills and proper planning: characteristics that she brings to her professional work.
