Awards success for three projects where Tibbalds led the planning process

Marian Court, Homerton by Adam Khan Architects / muf architecture: Housing Design Awards – Winner. Tibbalds was appointed as planning consultants to help put together and guide a detailed planning application in relation to the regeneration of phases 3 and 4 of Marian Court Estate Regeneration Project.

Hoxton Press, Colville Estate, N1 by Karakusevic Carson Architects and David Chipperfield Architects: NLA Awards – Winner in Housing category. Tibbalds provided planning advice and preparation of design codes for the mixed use regeneration of the Colville Estate, Hackney.

Marklake Court, SE1 by Bell Phillips Architects: NLA Awards – Winner in Housing category. Tibbalds worked with the design team from the outset of the project, developing the brief, providing planning input and leading the formal town planning process.
