pedElle 2014, Milan to Venice, soon to begin!

The pedElle cyclists are looking forward to their ride from Milan to Venice, which will be taking place next week on the 5th, 6th and 7th June 2014.

The annual pedElle cycle ride is championed by Jennifer Ross, director at Tibbalds, and Claire Treanor, former partner at DP9. Both also completed this years Cycle to Cannes in March. An annual event where a group of around 90 cyclists from the property industry cycle from London to Cannes, to coincide with the start of the MIPIM property conference.

Four ladies from our Tibbalds team will be taking part in this year’s pedElle ride from Milan to Venice: Jennifer Ross – Director, Sue Rowlands – Director, Lizzie Cowan – Associate, and Sarah Jenkinson – Architect and Designer.

PedElle are a group of around 35 keen female cyclists who want to give themselves a challenge, raise some money for charity and encourage and inspire more women in the industry to cycle. Not only is this years cycle from Milan to Venice a great opportunity for women involved in the industry to network and get to know one another, but also an opportunity to inspire more women to join pedElle for future rides, or even cycle to Cannes next year!

The ride is raising money for a number of charities. The main beneficiary is Coram, with Article 25, Tom’s Trust, Multiple System Atrophy Trust, Emthonjeni Trust and ROKPA International also receiving donations.
