Permission granted for White Collar Factory at Old Street roundabout

Tibbalds have led the preparation and submission of proposals for Derwent London’s White Collar Factory development at 100 City Road, Islington, near Old Street roundabout.

The approved scheme comprises a 17 storey commercial building, new build residential, new and refurbished office floorspace and a new public square at the heart of the development. Development is scheduled to start in January 2014.
