Planning Approval for Affordable Housing Scheme, LB Lewisham

On behalf of our client AmicusHorizon (a registered social landlord) we have been working with architects Baily Garner to deliver planning permission for a 100% affordable housing scheme in Sydenham.

The proposals, which will deliver all 17 units as affordable (social rent and shared ownership), located on Sydenham Road in London Borough of Lewisham received a minded to grant from members at committee on 2nd February 2012.

The legal agreement is being finalised and AmicusHorizon are keen to start on site as soon as possible, to deliver these high quality affordable homes.
