Porters Edge at Canada Water wins Large Housing Development category, Brick Awards 2019
Tibbalds have been providing Planning advise on this major mixed use regeneration scheme since 2011. Porters Edge is the first phase of development within the Water Yards masterplan, which will deliver a new town centre, new homes and a range of commercial and community uses across a seven-acre site at Canada Water.
The role of Porters Edge within the wider masterplan is to provide a new consolidated store location for the current Decathlon stores within a new mixed-use urban block.
The Brick Awards seek to showcase the use of exemplary clay brick architecture. More information about this project and the awards can be found here.
