Tibbalds help Taylor Wimpey to preferred bidder status with the Shorncliffe Garrison masterplan

Taylor Wimpey have recently been announced as the preferred bidder for the 77 Hectare Shorncliffe Garrison site in Folkestone.

Tibbalds are working in the masterplan for the 1,200 home scheme to the south of Cheriton Village. The masterplan is strongly informed by the formal military architecture on site at the moment and the desire to make the most of fantastic long views both to the English Channel and the downs.

A planning application is anticipated in Spring 2014.
