Three projects led by Tibbalds announced as RTPI Awards finalists

Tibbalds is delighted to have worked on three schemes announced as finalists in the RTPI’s Awards for Planning Excellence 2019.

The shortlisted projects include:

• East Dulwich Hospital Redevelopment, in the Excellence in Planning for Health and Wellbeing category – Planning and redevelopment of the East Dulwich Hospital site to create a new secondary school – The Charter School East Dulwich – and health care centre – Dulwich Health Centre.

Marklake Court, Southwark, in the Excellence in Planning for Homes – Small Schemes (up to 50 homes) category: Marklake Court delivered 27 new social rented homes in a former garage site in Southwark. The design and development process was led by the community.

Regents Park Estate New Homes, in the Excellence in Planning for Homes – Large Schemes (50 or more homes) category: The Regent’s Park Estate project aims to deliver 116 homes and significant public realm improvements within three years to replace homes lost to works connected with HS2.

The winners will be announced during a ceremony at Milton Court Concert Hall on 24 April 2019. Further information can be found on the RTPI website.
