Tibbalds announces three staff promotions

We are delighted to announce that Katja Stille has been promoted to the position of Associate Director, while both Lizzie Cowan and Andrew Vaughan have been promoted to the position of Associate.

Katja is an Urban Designer with experience working on large scale urban design projects as well as detailed architectural design and research projects. She is leading masterplanning, development framework and design guidance projects as well as characterisation studies and urban design appraisals. Katja is an Associate Member of the RTPI and a Recognised Practitioner in Urban Design.

Lizzie is an Urban Designer with a background in architecture. She provides specialist expertise in environmental sustainability to the Tibbalds team, in addition to her urban design skills and practical experience in the crossover between urban design and planning.

Andrew is a qualified and experienced Planner and an established part of the Tibbalds Team. He has excellent experience of complex planning applications for a variety of land uses and urban locations.
