Tibbalds appointed to produce feasibility study at Regent’s Park Estate

Tibbalds have been appointed by London Borough of Camden to explore architectural strategies for replacement housing on the Regent’s Park Estate for homes that could be affected by the proposals for HS2.

The study involves identifying potential infill sites within the existing estate and testing their residential capacity whilst ensuring that a successful longterm vision for the estate can be achieved.

It is expected that the project will progress to a planning application in 2014.
