Tibbalds takes part in debate hosted by Building Magazine on the subject of women leaders in the construction industry

On 25 June Tibbalds director Hilary Satchwell formed part of a panel debate hosted by Building to discuss how the construction industry can encourage industry leaders to do more to promote and encourage women into the industry and specifically into leadership positions.

The panel also included Holly Porter of Surface to Air Architects, Peter Flint head of Aecom’s buildings and places division and James Wates chair of contractor Wates Group.

The debate was hosted at Building’s new offices and was chaired by Building editor Sarah Richardson. The debate forms part of Building’s Building a Better Balance campaign.
