Safeguarding the natural environment is central to sustainable placemaking, and something which we value highly. We work with clients and their consultant teams to identify if a development is likely to have any significant environmental impacts – often preparing EIA Screening requests to determine whether an Environmental Statement is required.

We like to get these done early, as soon as a project is taking shape, to bring clarity and avoid surprises later in the process. We also prepare material for Environmental Statements relating to our core areas of expertise, including socio-economics, land use and townscape.
