Engagement and consultation
When it comes to creating thriving, healthy, happy places, we believe that engagement and consultation with the people who use them is more than just a box to be ticked. By making this integral in our approach to masterplanning, urban design, and development planning, we communicate with communities and stakeholders throughout the design and planning process – and provide meaningful opportunities for them to shape how a project moves forward.
We develop and deliver creative ways of encouraging collaboration between all key groups involved, on a scale appropriate to each specific site. These can range from multi-day community design events, to tailored listening exercises, and online interaction. All of which help to build positive relationships between our clients and communities – aligning commercial ambitions with social aspirations, and ensuring a project transitions smoothly into delivery.
