Successful placemaking is the result of seamless working between many experts, such as urban designers, architects, engineers, landscape architects, property consultants and others. Drawing on our in-depth knowledge of planning, design and delivery, and our expertise in project leadership, we support clients in the procurement and management of multidisciplinary project and design teams.

Whether helping to run design competitions, or providing sound advice on the appointment of architects, our aim is to simplify the procurement process for clients. By acting as a single point of contact and coordinating the efforts of all involved, we ensure that every effort is put into driving a project towards a mutually understood end goal. Our position on a number of public sector frameworks – including Homes England – makes us particularly effective at responding to public sector tender opportunities.
